This is a fake level. Somebody with lots of free time made this level and others like it and replaced all the original levels in Super Mario World
So while this appears to be a Super Mario World level, it is actually a custom designed level being played throught the SMW engine.
If you want to check it out, download an SNES emulator and go look for the ROM. Its Free.
