Stumblers be warned!

Just wanted to warn some people using StumbleUpon, the whole nature of Stumbleupon means that you hit stumble and end out at an interesting (or not) website, its like a one click blogging tool for websites, I find it quite adictive but I have to warn people that I have found some sites in Stumbleupon that install spyware and would warn people that in they use stumbleupon to scan more frequently for spyware.

I personally still use it as I find it fun and I end up at sites I would not normally go to.

Well, its Friday and as always I am beat, life seems to be very draining at the moment, I used to have alot of energy but now I feel drained all the time, I did in the past suffer from depression so it could be something along those lines, I keep drinking coffee, I will admit to being adicted to it and lets face it, it is a drug and not a very good one at that.

I went through a phase a few years ago when I gave up coffee cold turkey, I started drinking huge bottles of water daily and my whole outlook on life was good, I was mentally alert, I had energy and some people said I talked more then than at any other period in my life.

I think a few life style changes are in order, less fatty foods which is tough as the wife hates vegetables, everything seems to be quite heavy, maybe its because I consume too much of a good thing.

I need to find out more about PCOS for the wife, I want to know if Metformin can cause skin PH to change as it seems to be effecting her. Also need to find out the effects and side effects of progesteron for my wife too as she has a perscription incase she goes over 40 days without a period, apparently it induces one so she can have a healthy bleed.
